Forklift Operators, Order Pullers, Dispatchers - Get To Work This Week

Job Description Job Description TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking experienced Dispatchers / Warehouse Forklift Operators & Order Pullers, Cycle Counters for the Odessa, TX 79766 area to support daily warehouse and pipe yard operations. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, pulling, and shipping materials while ensuring safe and efficient handling of pipe, flanges, fittings, and related inventory. The ideal candidate has experience operating heavy industrial forklifts and working with carbon and stainless steel pipe products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. MUST have long term job tenure (history) to be considered for these opportunities. MUST be able to work in the elements and work OT hours average 50-60 hours + a week. Heavy Duty Forklift Operator Requirements Experience must be reflected on your resume 3–5 years of forklift operating experience required Handle carbon and stainless steel pipe in 20’ and 40’ lengths Experience operating reach trucks, forklifts and cherry pickers Experience operating heavy industrial forklifts (25,000 lbs+ capacity) Order Pullers & Cycle Counters Required Experience MUST be reflected on resume Receive and process incoming stock, materials, and merchandise Assist with shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and verifying incoming deliveries Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Pick, fill, pack, and stage orders for shipment Manage, organize, and retrieve stock within the warehouse and pipe yard Sort and place materials, pipe, flanges, and fittings on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards Perform cycle counts and inventory management duties Safely transport and stage materials using forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers Dispatcher Required Experience MUST be reflected on resume Plan and coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely, cost-effective shipments while maintaining DOT compliance and customer satisfaction Dispatch drivers, crews, vehicles, and equipment according to delivery schedules and operational needs Communicate shipping updates, delivery timelines, and order information to sales teams and customers Relay work orders and operational information between drivers, crews, and supervisors using phones, radios, and email Maintain organized records of deliveries, work requests, inventory, expenses, and service documentation Ensure safe and efficient pickup and delivery operations at all times
