Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

With two positions available, you can choose the age group that fits your passion and expertise, all while serving a dynamic school community near Battleboro, NC.

Your skills and experience will directly impact students’ communication development in a collaborative, supportive environment. You’ll enjoy a manageable caseload of 55 students, with a 40-hour workweek across five days, allowing you to dive deeply into therapeutic work with each individual.

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC) mandatory
• Experience with school-aged or preschool populations preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to each student’s goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
