The Server Assistant will primarily assist both the host and server teams to ensure fluidity and proper preparation throughout service.Responsibilities:Interact with guests in a warm and friendly mannerPrepares dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tablesAdheres to sanitation and safety policiesMaintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guest spills or other special needsSupports server by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners and service/bus stationsCloses dining room by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors and removing trash and recyclables from the facilityPerforms other reasonable job duties as requested by leaderQualifications:Friendly, courteous, and well-spokenWorks well with a teamOrganized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexibleAn appetite for growth and further knowledge in the food and beverage fieldOperate with passion, integrity, and respect for both internal team members and external guestsAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededHigh School Diploma or related preferredWorking Conditions:Schedule varies based on business needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.Regular movement throughout the venue is required, including time spent at the host stand, bar, dining areas, and service stations.Extended periods of standing and walking are common during shifts.Duties may include reaching, bending, lifting, or carrying items up to 30–50 pounds (such as trays, racks, boxes, or bar supplies).May occasionally assist with resetting tables, moving furniture, or supporting team needs during peak service.Vision requirements may include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.Work environment may involve exposure to loud noise levels, cleaning products, hot or cold food and beverage items, and fast-paced conditions.American Golf Corporation is committed to equal employment opportunities for all.
