Operations Associate

Overview Alleviate Health is building AI agents to accelerate clinical trials by autonomously recruiting and retaining patients. About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Success leader to own the post‑sale relationship with clinical research sites and trial stakeholders, driving adoption, measurable outcomes, renewals, and expansion. Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end customer relationship from implementation through renewal and expansion, ensuring fast time‑to‑value and durable outcomes. Lead onboarding and training with a clear, outcome‑driven strategy that drives adoption and aligns Alleviate to customer goals. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into roadmap priorities and shape future platform improvements. Build trusted relationships: develop and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders (both executives and clinicians). Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Investment Banking, or Business Operations. Able to effectively multitask across multiple accounts while maintaining the right balance of scalable and personalized success. Comfortable selling into messy, operational environments and able to communicate with both executive leadership and front‑line clinical staff. Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects and distilling intricate details into clear, actionable requirements for technical and non‑technical teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Alleviate Health
