Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Gainesville, Florida. The role involves providing specialized circulating nursing care in a high-acuity cardiac surgery environment, supporting procedures such as CABG, TAVR, and VATS. This position requires a minimum of one year of cardiovascular operating room experience and offers a dynamic, team-focused setting with advanced technology.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week, starting 09/07/2026
• Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS certifications; RN license; at least 1 year of CVOR experience; current residence in or willingness to work in Gainesville, FL
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with surgical procedures such as CABG, TAVR, VATS; advanced skills related to cardiovascular surgical nursing
• Additional Information: Candidates must have circulating RN experience in a CVOR setting, with competency in procedures performed on the unit. Dress code requires the organization-provided scrubs. The position may involve call requirements. Candidates should be familiar with Meditech documentation systems and unit-specific policies.
