Construction Project Manager — ServiceMaster Restore

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects and help people get their property, and their lives, back on track.

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary plus commission — total earning potential of $70K–$90K/year , with no ceiling on what you can earn as you grow the business

What You'll Do

• Build and manage full project schedules from start to finish
• Coordinate repairs between internal crews and trusted subcontractors
• Serve as the calm, professional point of contact for customers, teammates, and insurance representatives
• Keep every job on budget, on schedule, and up to our quality standard
• Confirm subcontractor availability and manage scheduling needs
• Maintain clean, organized documentation in our company systems
• Lead with reliability, positivity, and a team-first mindset that reflects our values

What You Bring

• 3–10 years of experience in a project management or construction supervisory role
• A valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Ability to pass a background check (to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A genuine sense of ownership, leadership, and a service-oriented mindset

Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record and be able to pass a background check to age 18.
