Responsibilities:

• Installation, service, and maintenance of gas and oil hydronic equipment to include steam
• Installation, service, and maintenance of forced air systems and ductwork
• Installation, service, and maintenance of ductless systems
• Work directly with the estimators to review details of installations
• Lead assisting technicians on the projects to work together efficiently
• Communicating details of installation with customers as needed
• Review with customers how to operate and maintain their equipment
• This role includes on-call responsibilities
• Work overtime as needed
• Continue education and training as offered or necessary to be current with our industry
• Cross train and work with fuel division as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have 5 + years of experience in HVAC installation
• Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills.
• Must possess a current and valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to maintain company vehicles cleanliness and stock
• EPA Universal Certified
• ***NATE Certification not required but is a plus***
