Your day at ISCO

Step onto the production floor ready to champion quality. You’ll help assure consistent product quality by developing and enforcing ISCO quality requirements, validating processes, maintaining documentation, verifying supplied product, testing finished goods, and supporting employee training.

What you'll do
  • Partner with ISCO management and staff to implement and validate company quality processes and procedures to sustain high performance.
  • Perform testing on products requested internally or by customers.
  • Assist in managing M&TE calibration records and status.
  • Contribute to documentation that supports quality validation and product verification.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Trade qualification or equivalent knowledge, education, and experience.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) in a business setting.
  • Ability to understand and operate basic product testing equipment.
Additional qualifications
  • Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
  • Write reports and business correspondence.
  • Present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Compute discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
  • Use practical problem-solving skills.
  • Interpret instructions delivered in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical demands
  • Occasional climbing or balancing; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Frequent standing and walking.
  • Regular sitting; frequent use of hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work environment
  • Frequent work near moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions.
  • Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions; non-weather-related extreme cold and heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration.
  • Moderate to loud noise levels.
