Primary Care Physician — Collaborative, Patient‑Focused
South County Hospital
South County Medical Group in Narragansett is seeking a full-time internist or family medicine physician to join a patient-centered medical home model. You will collaborate with a pharmacist and a nurse case manager to support high-risk patients, coordinate with specialists, and provide on-site imaging, lab draws, and after-hours care via Express Care. Rhode Island licensure and board certification or eligibility are required, with credentialing through South County Health Medical Staff Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr South County Hospital
