We are currently seeking an Endodontist to infuse new energy into our Clinical team. Our Gateway location in Patchogue, NY is a welcoming and warm environment, intentionally designed to promote collaboration, and foster creativity among Doctors and supporting team members.

We have a unique opportunity wherein our Partners and Associates collaborate with you daily for your overall clinical support and success.  We advocate for mentorship and cross service opportunities with our in office Periodontist, Orthodontist and Pedodontist.  Our Practice philosophy is serving patients' families all under one roof, which is exciting for all Providers.

 
Our Practices have been serving South Shore, Long Island communities for over 42 years.  We are proud to share that only 41% of all collections are Insurance based.  We are a fee for service practice that boasts that over 25% of our patients are enrolled in our in-house dental savings plan, essentially highlighting they are devoted, cash paying consumers.  Our yearly collection revenue falls in within the top 1% of the nation for a single Practice.  Which highlights, plenty of opportunity for YOU!

 
When you start, we assemble you a team which consists of two Dental Assistants, one is your main (lead Assistant), and your own Patient Coordinator Scheduler.  These team members are here for your success!  We encourage you to follow our shift starting huddle communications and allow your Administrative team to do their magic... building your service success!  We host quarterly team dinners to foster and further develop you and your team, and twice a year Associate dinners to collaborate with all.  Essentially our team exists to serve YOU!

 
What we will ask of you:
 
Commitment to Babylon Dental Care and the patients we serve. Teamwork and a willingness to learn every day! This role can be your stepping stone to success and professional growth within our practice! The sky’s the limit!

 
Our Practice is very busy so we need someone who is:

 
o   ability to perform root canals and other endodontic procedures with precision
o   passionate and experienced with a strong focus on patient care
o   caring and empathetic
o   collaborative mindset
o   a good listener
o   a problem-solver
o   detail-oriented
o   calm under pressure

 
We will need someone who can travel between both locations (West Babylon and Patchogue). We are looking for one day in each office a week. 

 
We expect you to be personally responsible for being on-time and present for every shift you work, and always willing to go the extra mile for our patients and team!
 
Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend (or other dental software) would be helpful in setting you up for success, but not mandatory. Ability to be open to learn such software.

• Competitive Compensation: To start we pay a generous hourly rate.  Each pay cycle we will review with you your hourly production averages, and when economically beneficial, we move you to a % of collections.  The more you produce, the more you potentially earn.  This will be discussed further during your interview process (note, our Practice collection average is over 103%).
