Together, we help execute a strategy that enables Ameren to deliver superior long-term value to customers, shareholders and the environment.Our benefits include:Medical coverage on date of hire100% employer paid cash balance pension plan401(k) with company match fully vested on date of hireMinimum of 15 days paid vacation and 12 paid holidaysPaid parental leave and family caregiver leaveAbout The PositionProject management using leadership skills of SDLC/Waterfall methodology to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.Responsible for planning and managing resources to execute projects or project components from inception through implementation.Key responsibilities include:Independently defines and manages the scope and schedule of medium to large projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetDefines roles and responsibilities for the business line, Digital Development, Digital Operations, and each team member (Ameren co-workers and System Integration Team consultants)Develops requests for proposals, searches and selects appropriate firms and reviews vendor contractsActively works with demand planning group to implement demand planning process; has deep understanding of the process for the PMO organizationManages project budget of medium to large projects, reviews and approves invoicesDevelops project cash flows, revises project budgets and forecasts as neededManages and ensures quality of medium risk/impact projects (e.g., coordinating meetings, tracking budget, following up on action items) using Waterfall project management methodsChampions the Project Management Office (PMO) methodology and participates in methodology refresh and enhancement opportunitiesHelps with logistics, problem solves and tweaks processes to drive team velocity and ensure full team engagementFacilitates getting the work done by removing impediments by finding the right resourcesSupports determination of which project management methodology to useSupports Ameren's change control process and is able to implement project changesInfluences teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives; communicates how the project drives value for the businessManages stakeholder relationships to establish project expectations and prioritiesCoordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments to the project team, stakeholders, and sponsorsIdentifies change approach, strategy and plan; prepares and manages all aspects of impact of project change on each stakeholder group; creates change management plan and manages change throughout the life of the project; consults with change leader as neededCoaches less experienced co-workers and provides feedback to enhance skills and knowledgeQualifications - Senior Digital Project ManagerBachelor's degree required5+ years of relevant experience in project management, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting or project accounting including cost management systems to support project budget, forecast, and spend requiredProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferredAdditional InformationAmeren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include a leadership assessment process. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates.Compensation Range:$105,100.00 - $204,400.00* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials.At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered.
