Location: Trenton, NJ 08625 Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Setting: Onsite / Office-Based Pay Rate: $17.30/hour on W2 (No Benefits) Interview Mode: Microsoft Teams Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Photocopy Technician to support office operations through document scanning, copying, and system update tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and typing skills, experience with scanning equipment, and the ability to manage high-volume document processing efficiently. Key Responsibilities Scan, copy, and organize documents using large-scale scanners, copiers, and printers Perform data entry and typing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with updating operating systems and maintaining digital records Operate office equipment including scanners, copiers, printers, and laptops Ensure documents are processed, stored, and maintained properly Support general office and administrative tasks as assigned Lift and move files, paper supplies, or equipment as needed Required Qualifications Experience with document scanning and photocopying equipment Basic computer proficiency and typing skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift materials and office supplies as required Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in office support or document management roles Familiarity with operating system updates and basic troubleshooting #J-18808-Ljbffr
