Lead Person-Seating Division
Plant 11 in Leitchfield, Ky, an OFS company, is currently seeking a Lead Person for the Seating Division on our day shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high quality products.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily production schedule
- Promote and maintain established safety policies, practices, and procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Train and develop team members
- Collaborate with all levels of management and departments
- Maintain Lean Manufacturing Standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment and quality principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
