As a team we collaborate to solve problems, contribute ideas and challenge each other to ensure growth and ultimately success for the business and our employees.****Job** Description** ****and** Responsibilities**Rocky Mountain Steel Mills is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Seamless Mill located in Pueblo, Colorado. This position offers the opportunity to lead dynamic teams, foster innovation, and drive efficiency in our production line. As a key player within our company, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including quality assurance and safety, to maintain high standards and meet production targets.* Perform daily mill inspections with an eye for safety and productivity issues, coordinate with mill support groups to design and implement countermeasures* Use LEAN manufacturing tools to engage employees to continuously improve mill operations* Schedule and maintain shift manpower for mill operations and training* Onboard new bargaining employees, ensure that adequate training is taking place and complete timely 720 probation performance evaluations* Responsible for managing an operational and quality team during manufacturing operations and while performing operational maintenance of mechanical equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems* Maintain necessary inventory of mill supplies, interface with storehouse and vendors as needed for resupply and trials* Maintain and correct electronic and written records including shift performance, heat traceability, and quality assurance* Maintain coaching documents (Note to Self) for all conversations surrounding attendance, behavior, safety, and performance* Maintain KRONOS Pay System by reviewing, editing, and approving employee timecards daily**Requirements*** Bachelors of Science Degree or equivalent experience* Three years of industrial supervisory experience* Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel* Previous experience using Oracle* Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills* Proven ability to organize and motivate production teams for safe, high-quality results and maximum productivity* Demonstrated initiative to identify areas, propose and initiate solutions* Comfortable working a rotating (days and nights) schedule, as well as holidays and weekends as needed#TAS**Compensation**: $85,000 - $95,000Open & Closing Dates: 5/4/2026 – 6/3/2026Our total compensation package includes amazing benefits!* Competitive wages and bonus opportunities* Family medical, dental, and prescription coverage at minimal employee cost* Short and long term disability programs* Competitive retirement plans* Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts* Employer-provided and Voluntary Life Insurance options* Paid vacation and recognized statutory holidays* Apprenticeship and career advancement within the company* Tuition reimbursement* Wellness program**All applicants must be eligible to work in the USA.****While we thank all those who apply, only those being actively considered for employment will be contacted.****Equal Opportunity Employer**Orion Steel Group, L.L.C. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
