Restaurant Worker

The Restaurant Worker at Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln in MORROW, Georgia is a key role in providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests. This is a part-time, hourly position in the auto industry. The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests who visit our dealership. As a part-time Restaurant Worker, you will receive competitive hourly pay. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in the auto industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome to the dealership.
• Take and deliver food and drink orders to guests in a fast and efficient manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Communicate any guest concerns or complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Assist with other tasks and duties as needed to support the overall functioning of the dealership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
