Redford, MI Speech-Language Pathologist (2026-2027 School Year) Location: Redford, MI 48239 Start/End Date: 2026-2027 School Year Grade Levels/Caseload: Supporting K-12th grade students across the district's ASD classrooms through push in and small group therapy Salary Range: $62,000-$78,000 annualized salary (W2, paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications. Full-time SLPs Also Qualify for a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus! Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date. AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy in Redford, Michigan. This full-time role will support the district's ASD classrooms across three buildings, all within a three mile radius from each other. You'll work alongside another speech-language pathologist in each of the buildings, as well as a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities

• Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students' communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
