We are currently looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Orlando, FL. A Dental Treatment Coordinator is an integral part of the successful operations of a dental practice. The Dental Treatment Coordinator assists patients in completing their recommended dental treatment needs and discusses the patient's current dental conditions using everyday language. Responsibilities include educating the patient on the possible courses of action for treatment prescribed by the dentist and explaining the fees for the services with available payment options. As well as filling the Doctors schedule with production, having excellent attention to detail, and having a great understanding of dental insurance, and accounts receivable. We are looking for a team who is dedicated to treating our patients like family! Additional requirements for this position include: Minimum 2 years dental experience Ability to sell treatment and overcome objections Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all patients Experience working with Open Dental software preferred Assisting patients in a non-clinical related matters Collecting proper insurance information and required documents for efficient claims submission Leadership qualities Self starter, takes initiative Fluent in Spanish is helpful but not required Pay: $20+ per hour depending on experience and knowledge. + Monthly Bonus based on performance Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm Friday: flexible admin hours available Benefits: DentalBenefits Sick Pay Vacation Pay Holiday Pay Bonus Flexible schedule (no weekends) #J-18808-Ljbffr Flossophy Dental Group
