Production Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goals are achieved, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of approximately 30 employees on the 2nd shift within a 120-employee manufacturing facility Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, updates, and production goals Manage shift schedules, productivity, and workflow to meet deadlines and output targets Perform employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and development as needed Enforce company safety protocols and ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations Collaborate with other departments and leadership to drive process improvement Qualification Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required; metal fabrication experience is a plus but not required.
