As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) , you'll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

What Cascades of Sugarland Ridge looks for in a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN [or Registered Nurse RN]:

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [or Registered Nurse RN]
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

What you can expect to do as an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Cascades of Sugarland Ridge:

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences and preferred routines
• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
• Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascades of Sugarland Ridge

$24.00 - $26.00/hour
*Depending on Experience

Job Type:

• Full Time, Part Time, and On-Call/PRN
• Day Shift Thursday - Saturday
• Evening Shift (Swing): Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday
