What You'll Do As A Key Play On Our Team

  • Empower & Guide : Help individuals overcome barriers and build meaningful careers through personalized coaching, career planning, and hands-on training.
  • Connect & Support : Link participants to vital resources like housing, childcare, mental health services, and more to ensure long-term success.
  • Prepare & Place : Provide job readiness support—resumes, applications, mock interviews—and actively match participants with employment opportunities.
  • Lead & Facilitate : Conduct orientations, training sessions, and graduation events while supervising participants during on-site learning experiences.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years working with underserved communities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in case management, classroom facilitation, or supervision.
  • Valid NYS Driver's License and comfort driving a company vehicle.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
