Every client has their own routines, preferences, and needs. Your role is to provide the support outlined in their individualized care plan while helping them remain comfortable and independent at home. Depending on the assignment, you may:Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal carePrepare meals and help with light household choresProvide companionship and meaningful interactionAssist with mobility and everyday activitiesEncourage independence and participation in daily routinesHelp maintain a safe and comfortable environmentFollow the client's care plan and scheduled routinesDocument services providedCommunicate important changes or concerns with the officeThe care you provide can have a direct impact on a client's comfort, confidence, independence, and quality of life.
