Position: Outpatient Psychiatrist
Location: Pensacola, FL
Job Type: Full-time

Join a growing behavioral health organization providing comprehensive, patient-focused psychiatric services across Florida. This position offers an excellent opportunity for psychiatrists seeking a stable, supportive, and well-managed outpatient environment with room for professional growth and autonomy.

Competitive base salary with guaranteed compensation
Manageable patient load of 12-16 patients per day (8-10 if supervising an NP)
Collaborate with experienced Nurse Practitioners for clinical support
Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for part-time options
Work within an established outpatient model with strong administrative and clinical infrastructure
Treat full lifespan preferred, though not required
Long-term, sustainable income based on your effort and patient volume
Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, PTO, and malpractice coverage

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
