Senior Salesforce Admin & Developer: Build & Optimize

Sr. Salesforce Administrator & Developer job at Apptad Inc. New York, NY. Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide actionable insights. Train and support end-users to maximize Salesforce capabilities and user adoption. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure the system is optimized. Salesforce Development: Develop custom applications and features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Implement and customize Salesforce solutions, including but not limited to Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and API integrations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure quality and performance of developed solutions. Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Itlearn360
