Are you a strategic leader with a passion for maximizing asset value and driving performance? We're looking for a dynamic Director of Asset Management to take the reins of our expanding portfolio of multifamily and industrial properties. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your expertise will directly influence our growth trajectory and operational excellence.
What You’ll Own & Lead
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of portfolio managers to deliver exceptional results
- Operational Oversight: Drive performance across leasing, budgeting, cash flow, and asset optimization
- Project Execution: Oversee capital improvements, tenant enhancements, and vendor partnerships
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct site visits and ensure assets are operating at peak potential
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate on acquisitions, financing, and long-term planning initiatives
What You Bring to the Table
- 10+ years of real estate asset management experience (multifamily & industrial preferred)
- Proven track record in financial planning, operations, and capital project execution
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including third-party partner oversight
- Graduate degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate (strongly preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
