MARKETING COORDINATOR — W.W. CANNON, LLC. W.W. Cannon is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our brand, tell our customers’ project stories, and generate new business opportunities. You’ll work directly with our President/CEO, create and execute marketing campaigns, and supervise our Business Development Representative. If you enjoy writing, design, digital marketing, and keeping multiple projects moving, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact. What You’ll Do Plan and execute campaigns across email, social media, digital, print, and events. Write and design brochures, presentations, case studies, advertisements, and other sales materials. Maintain our WordPress website content and coordinate website projects with Site Seeker. Manage social media content, publishing, and engagement. Supervise and coach the Business Development Representative, set goals, and coordinate qualified lead handoffs with Sales. Visit customer sites to capture project photos and marketing content and coordinate trade shows and customer events. Maintain marketing and prospect data, monitor campaign results and budgets, and recommend improvements. What You Need to Bring At least three years of experience in marketing, communications, business development support, or a related field. Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and graphic design skills. Experience with website content, email marketing, social media, and CRM or marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/design software. The ability to organize competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently while keeping leadership informed. Strong communication skills and the ability to supervise, coach, and evaluate employee performance. Helpful Experience B2B marketing in material handling, industrial equipment, construction, distribution, or a related industry; prior supervisory experience; and familiarity with HubSpot, NetSuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, SEO, or website analytics. A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Work Location and Requirements This position is based in our Dallas office. Travel is primarily local for customer visits, with occasional convention or trade show travel. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and maintain a valid Texas driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
