Lone Tree Modern Dental is a highly rated general dentistry clinic seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time!

Schedule:
- Monday and Thursday 7:10am-4:15pm
- Tuesday and Wednesday 6:45am-4:15pm
- Friday 6:45am-1:15pm
Compensation: $23-$28/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

______________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities:- Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
- Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of dental front office experience is required
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
