Registered Nurse, RN (Full Time Nights)

Position Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Night Shift Location: ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital, Rockwall, TX. Shift & Compensation Hours: 12‑hour shifts, 7‑7. Schedule: 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays (with added pay). PRN requirement: 3 shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift. Base compensation: $40.67‑$48.53 per hour, depending on experience. Patient Population Patients with stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, orthopaedic, complex medical conditions and more. Responsibilities Provide advanced level clinical care comparable to medical‑surgical units. Administer intravenous therapy, wound care, tracheostomy management, and manage lines, tubes, and drains. Assist with patient mobilization and provide mobility support. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy and others. Document patient assessments and care consistently. Qualifications Registered Nursing license in the State of Texas. CPR certification required. ACLS and/or BLS preferred. Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care experience preferred). CRRN certification preferred. Physical Requirements Significant standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling for prolonged periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Exposure to bodily fluids possible. Visual acuity and hearing sufficient for patient assessment. Manual dexterity required to operate equipment and computer keyboards. #J-18808-Ljbffr ClearSky Health
