Compensation Package
- Base Salary : $100,000+ (depending on experience)
- Commission : 35% commission on first dollar and across the board, with potential for increased commission as your book scales
- Location : Nationwide remote opportunities available, with offices in New York, Miami, and Houston
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve quarterly revenue and agency appointment goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers to grow the submission pipeline.
- Utilize our proprietary system to assist retail brokers in finding coverage, managing the process from submission to binding.
- Negotiate competitive quotes with carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
- Actively contribute to the growth and development of the company by taking on diverse responsibilities as needed in a startup environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing broker relationships at a national or regional level in the wholesale Excess & Surplus (E&S) market.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and surplus lines license (nationwide preferred but not required).
- Extensive knowledge of commercial E&S markets and coverage, particularly in commercial property and general liability.
- Proven ability to build and scale a book of business, with strong client and underwriting relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
