SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Shift Supervisor Location and Schedule 9201 University City Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28223 Full‑time schedule: Mon‑Fri 12:00 pm–8:00 pm or Mon‑Thu 10:30 am–6:00 pm. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous shift supervisor experience preferred. Pay Range $18.00 per hour to $18.50 per hour. Benefits Uniform provided. Transit availability.
