Description:

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Our client is hiring for a Fractional Talent Acquisition Partner to support active recruiting efforts. The Fractional TA Partner will work up to 40 hours per month and includes the following services:

Workforce Planning & Hiring Strategy

• Collaborate with HR team to understand current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized open position list aligned to the organizational growth plan.
• Advise on job description development and role scoping.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Active and passive candidate sourcing across appropriate channels.
• Resume review and initial phone screening of qualified candidates.
• Presentation of qualified candidates to hiring managers with supporting notes.

ATS Management

• Manage candidate tracking and workflow within ATS (Oracle, Taleo).
• Maintain accurate candidate status records and pipeline reporting.

Process Optimization

• Identify and recommend improvements to recruiting process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.

Recruiting Metrics & Reporting

• Provide monthly summary of recruiting activity including positions worked, candidates presented, interviews scheduled, and offers extended.
• Weekly hiring check-ins with the HR team.

Desired Skills

• Previous experience with the ATS system Oracle Taleo
• Arabic speakers a bonus, but not required.
