CNC & Manual Machinist

Full-Time | 6am-2pm (Mon–Fri)
Precision Machining –  Toolshop

Position Overview

We are seeking a CNC & Manual Machinist to help run our precision machining operations that support plastic production tooling and components. 

This role is open to both experienced machinists and entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and grow. We value teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Operate manual machines (mill, lathe, drill press, grinder, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints and machine parts to required tolerances
• Use precision measuring tools for in-process and final inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications

Entry-Level Candidates:

• Basic machining knowledge or technical school background
• Familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
• Strong desire to learn and grow in machining

Experienced / Specialist Candidates:

• CNC setup and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to edit and program CNC code and hold tight tolerances
• Ability to work independently while supporting team success
