Aquatics Team Lead - Safe Pools & Engaged Members

YMCA is seeking an Aquatics Coordinator to lead and support high-quality water-based programs. You will spend most of your time in direct service, ensuring safe, welcoming experiences for members and participants while supervising shifts and guiding staff development. You will recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate aquatics team members, maintain program quality, and uphold safety standards.
