Our Staff Management | SMX team in Stockton, CA, is hiring motivated Air Logistics Warehouse Associates. This role is essential to our client's operation. Sunrise Shift (1:30 AM - 10:00 AM) Evening Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) Overnight Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM).Perks & Benefits: Casual Dress Code, Weekly paychecks, Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, Medical / Dental Insurance.Shifts: All Shifts. Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time. Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.25 / hour.Duties:Load and unload package containers, moving packages by hand and pushcart between the warehouse and truck.Build up package containers ready for outbound flightsBreak down package containers from arriving flightsSort, scan, and move packages within the warehouseOperate package handling equipment such as pallet jacksCheck air express containers for proper piece count, weight, dimensions, and documents as appropriate per air safety and security guidelinesPosition Requirements:One year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not requiredMust be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. Peak Season (October-December) may require longer hoursAbility to read, write, and understand the English languageAbility to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without assistance of sight or visual aidsRequirements:Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.
