Right at Home Folsom Lake is looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Citrus Heights, Orangevale, and surrounding communities .

Caregiver (HCA) Pay & Benefits

• $19–$25/hour based on experience, certifications, availability, shift type, and client assignment

• Existing HCA Preferred

• Flexible scheduling

• Paid training

• Opportunities for additional hours

• Mileage reimbursement where applicable

• Holiday premium pay

• $250 bonus after completing 250 client-care hours

• $250 caregiver referral bonus when your referred caregiver completes 250 client-care hours

• $25 bonus for designated urgent/flex shifts

You'll have the support of a responsive local office while building meaningful one-on-one relationships with the clients you serve.

• Provide companionship and personal care

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers

• Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping

• Provide dementia and Alzheimer's support

• Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments

• Provide medication reminders

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Comfortable providing personal care

• Strong communication skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• At least 18 years old

• Able to pass required background screening

• Must obtain and maintain California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration before client assignment

• Caregiving experience preferred but not required

• Current HCA registration or CNA certification is a plus
