From our Totowa, NJ base, we’re scaling healthy, sustainable options nationwide—and our Madison operation needs a seasoned operator to keep product moving safely and accurately.Location: Madison | Position Type: Full-time, On-SiteJob Type: Hourly (Non-Exempt)Why this role mattersDirect impact on inventory accuracy and shipment timeliness.Central to warehouse safety, organization, and throughput.Partner to Shipping Supervisors and Inventory teams on daily priorities.Core responsibilitiesOperate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks with strict adherence to safety protocols.Load, unload, and stage outbound and transfer freight per schedule and priorities.Place pallets into racking, organize floor space, and follow FIFO and inventory standards.Capture all movements via RF scanners/WMS to keep real-time counts accurate.Validate SKUs, lots, labels, and pallet counts before relocation or shipment.Execute system transactions: location changes, pallet transfers, shipment confirmations.Support cycle counts, audits, and investigate variances to closure.Uphold labeling and scanning compliance before staging/ship.Maintain clean, organized docks and aisles to ensure safe material flow.Escalate damages, shortages, or equipment issues immediately.Conduct daily equipment inspections; comply with OSHA and company safety policies.Mentor Level I Operators on scanning workflows and warehouse standards.Qualifications2+ years’ forklift experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution preferred.Strong RF scanner and WMS competency preferred.Solid grasp of inventory control and warehouse best practices.Proven ability to maneuver safely in tight aisles and busy environments.Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and team-minded.Flexible for overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts as needed.Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.Physical requirementsLift up to 50 lbs. on a recurring basis.Frequent bending, twisting, and walking.Able to stand 8–10+ hours per shift.Demonstrated proficienciesShipping/Receiving; Loading/Unloading VehiclesWarehouse operations; Material HandlingForklift LicensedInventory Management & ControlHigh School diploma or GEDExcellent communication skillsManufacturing environment familiarityBasic computer skillsPay differentiators & scheduleThird shift work earns a $2.00/hour differential (not included in the initial base rate).BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife Insurance401(k)PTOCompany-paid holidaysTraining and career advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
