- Staffing Structure:
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 Sitters
- Night Shift: Same as Day Shift
- Extensive experience in Labor and Delivery
- Current California Nursing License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with deliveries, C-sections, and other Labor and Delivery or operating room-related procedures
