Who We Want:

• We are looking for an experienced Registered Advisor or advanced sales professionals (tech, medical, insurance, etc.)

Where We Are Hiring:

• Tampa, Orlando and Tampa (local candidates strongly preferred)

What You'll Do:

• Proactively build a robust client acquisition pipeline through strategic networking, center-of-influence referrals, and educational seminars.
• Act as the primary relationship leader and trusted strategist for your clients
• Conduct deep discovery sessions to uncover client needs, then design comprehensive financial plans and wealth strategies.
• Rely on our internal and external specialized teams for operational and administrative functions

• Possesses a natural aptitude for market development, networking, and cultivating long-term client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high energy for mentorship, team collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
• Unwavering integrity and honesty, with exceptional interpersonal skills to understand and prioritize client needs.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of proven professional experience.

Required Licensure:

• State Insurance License – Florida Life and Health (2-15)
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) FINRA exam
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 registrations
• Or some comparable mix / ability to obtain

Compensation:

• Supplemental salary, commissions, bonuses & rewards programs.
