Job Description
Join a leading manufacturing company as a Saw Operator and play a hands-on role in the production of precision metal parts. You’ll operate a range of saws, read technical drawings, and work in a safety-first environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. If you’re mechanically inclined and ready to work in a fast-paced shop, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC, manual band saws, cold cut, and circular saws
• Read and interpret job specs, blueprints, and work orders
• Measure and mark materials to ensure accurate cuts
• Use overhead cranes to move and position metal stock
• Remove burrs and sharp edges from finished parts
• Perform minor maintenance and contribute to 5S initiatives
• Communicate quality issues or discrepancies with supervisors

Qualifications and Requirements:

• One-year certificate from technical school or equivalent experience
• 3–6 months’ experience in saw operation or metal fabrication preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and operate measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and work in a physical environment

In the spirit of pay transparency , we want to share the base salary range for this position is $45,760–$58,240 annually, not including benefits or additional compensation. Your final offer will be determined by your experience, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Please note: hiring at the top of the range is not typical, allowing room for salary growth over time.
