Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified travel nurses across specialties. Develop strong relationships with both talent and client facilities to ensure successful placements. Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing assignments. Stay informed on market trends, compliance standards, and staffing demands across regions. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and credentialing to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment. Qualifications: 4+ years of travel nurse recruiting experience required. Proven success in meeting or exceeding performance targets. Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills. Self-driven with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
