Residential HVAC — Service and Repair FocusJoin a supportive, customer-first team in Scotch Plains, NJ, where your troubleshooting expertise keeps homes safe and comfortable.Core responsibilitiesIdentify faults and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.Perform scheduled maintenance and multi-point inspections for optimal performance.Explain diagnoses, options, and preventive steps to homeowners.Maintain precise service documentation: work performed, findings, and parts.Work safely and comply with established protocols and regulations.Partner with teammates to streamline service and boost customer satisfaction.Keep up with advances in HVAC tools, components, and best practices.Must-have qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Valid HVAC technician license or certification.EPA Type II certification (required).Proven residential HVAC maintenance and repair experience.Excellent diagnostic ability and attention to detail.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work solo in the field and collaborate with a team.Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.PreferredFormal HVAC technical training.EPA Universal certification.Work environmentField-based in Scotch Plains, NJ with a friendly, safety-conscious culture that supports your best work. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
