We are seeking a talented, versatile Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. You’ll play a key role delivering compelling designs across digital and traditional media. Responsibilities Creative Design & Execution : Develop high-quality visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for a range of projects, including social media content, paid digital campaigns, print collateral, website assets, presentations, and more. Project Collaboration : Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to ensure designs meet client objectives, project timelines, and budget constraints. Production Support : Support art directors in versioning creative concepts across multiple digital and print platforms. Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and technical accuracy. Trend Awareness : Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and tools to continuously push creative boundaries and propose fresh ideas to the team and clients. Problem-Solving : Handle quick turnaround requests with creativity and precision, maintaining the integrity of the original concept while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Experience : 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative team. Education : Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent work experience. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar design platforms. Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including typography, layout, branding, and digital content creation. Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail, from concept to final production, ensuring deliverables meet design specifications and quality standards. Creative Thinker : Ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas that align with client goals and target audiences. Time Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team Player : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly across departments.
