If you're looking for a company that values excellence, integrity, and the pursuit of being the best, Cline's AC is the place for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues on furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.System Performance Checks: Measure airflow, static pressure, superheat/sub-cooling, and amperage draws to ensure safe, efficient operation.Preventive Maintenance: Clean coils, change filters, inspect ductwork, test safety controls, and verify condensate drainage.Refrigerant Handling: Recover, evacuate, and recharge refrigerant in compliance with EPA regulations.Controls & Calibration: Calibrate thermostats, verify control sequences, and program communicating systems.ServiceTitan Expertise: Use ServiceTitan to log work orders, update customer histories, generate invoices, and schedule follow-ups.Customer Solutions: Explain findings in clear, non-technical language; recommend repair versus replacement; and provide budget-sensitive options.Sales Collaboration: Partner with our sales team to size equipment, prepare replacement proposals, and secure customer approvals.Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA standards, local codes, and manufacturer guidelines on every job.Mentorship: Share best practices with junior techs and trainees to elevate team performance.People-First Service: Engage warmly with customers, build rapport, and always demonstrate a genuine desire to help solve problems and make lives more comfortable.QualificationsExperienced: 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.Licenses: WA 06A or 07 or trainee card accepted.NATE Certification (we provide training).EPA Certification.Friendly & Communicative: You connect easily with customers and colleagues alike.Problem-Solver: You thrive on troubleshooting and delivering effective solutions.Detail-Oriented: You catch small issues before they become big problems.Tech-Forward: Comfortable with tablets, digital gauges, and ServiceTitan.Team Player: You hold yourself—and the team—accountable to deliver on our promises.Benefits & CultureOur technicians are making $80,000-$200,000 with hourly pay, commissions and performance incentives.Company cell phone and iPad.Take home company vehicle.Continued education.Medical.Dental, Vision, Accident Insurance are also available.401K Plan.Opportunity for advancement.Paid holidays.Paid vacation time.Ongoing local, regional and national training opportunities.Mentorship and personal, professional, and financial goal planning.Our family of employees participate in hunting trips, camping trips, BBQ's and other fun activities throughout the year.Employee Recognition Program that provides bonuses and/or paid time off when employees provide exceptional service to the company and our customers.Why Join UsStability and Growth: As part of our team, you'll have the security of working for an established company with an impeccable reputation that's been leading the charge in the commercial HVAC space since 1988.
