One Source Cleaning in Fort Collins, CO is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. - Perform thorough cleaning of residential and/or commercial properties according to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures throughout assigned locations
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
- Restock supplies and report low inventory to supervisors as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and client satisfaction
- Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Reliable transportation / Drivers License
- Dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Weekend availibility
