Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA): Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate Graduated from a CNA training program Successfully completed the state CNA exam We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Key Duties Include: Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being. Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents. Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions. Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
