Job Summary Coordinator responsible for the overall compliance and quality of Dry‑mix concrete products at the plant‑level, including routine testing of products and aggregates per ASTM to ensure compliance and develop new formulas. Job Responsibilities Testing of product formulations Inspection, testing, and approval of incoming raw materials Provide/produce and prepare samples for sales as needed Follow all established specifications and processes Routinely inspect / observe plant equipment and activities for safe processes Prepare and submit all required reports to Oldcastle or applicable agency Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements High school degree required; associate’s degree preferred Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals and follow step‑by‑step instructions Adequate computer skills Endurance for intermittent bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, stooping, and reaching Standing for extended periods of time Experience with lab and testing procedures preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Detail‑oriented Strong problem‑solving and goal‑attainment orientation Regularly required to lift and move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 80–95 lbs; use team lifting and/or equipment to lift safely Good housekeeping skills What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental, and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH is a decentralized, diversified organization formed from family businesses, regional companies, and large enterprises, offering the small‑company environment with the career opportunities of a large international organization.
