## Inventory Control SupervisorApplylocations: Howell, MItime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_00104481**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* Direct, control, and maintain inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials across all Chem-Trend North American facilities and warehouses.* Lead, coach, and develop the inventory control team through training, performance feedback, and day-to-day guidance.* Monitor and maintain inventory control KPIs, including scrapped material, aged inventory (2+ months), obsolete, nonconforming, and slow-moving inventory.* Monitor off-site finished goods inventories to ensure compliance with shelf-life requirements.* Lead the month-end reconciliation process for finished goods and raw materials across all North American facilities and external warehouses.* Plan and coordinate annual physical inventory activities.* Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.# Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience* 3+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations required.* 2+ years of supervisory, team lead, or functional leadership experience preferred.* Demonstrated experience analyzing inventory data, monitoring inventory performance, and supporting corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce discrepancies* Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and inventory management tools.
