What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs;
  conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
\ N

\n

\n
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
\ N

\n

\n
• Continuouslearning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
\ N

\n

\n
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
\ N

\n

\n
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
\ N

\n

\n
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
\ N

\n

Education,licenses, and experiences required for this role:

\ N

\n
• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
\ N

\n

\n
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam

• State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in one of our Boston offices . During your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.

The base salary range forthis role is $252,000 to $283,500 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
