Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Pflugerville, Texas. Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 (limited time only) Qualifications Fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Texas. Licensed and residing in the state where clinical work will take place. Compensation Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership mindset. Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided). Candidates interested in growth into leadership roles or supervisory positions. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Strong character traits including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
