As an Intern Growth Coordinator, your primary responsibility is generating appointments and opportunities for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in sales, customer engagement, business development, or a future career in insurance and financial services. No insurance license is required to start.

What You'll Do:

• Generate Opportunities
• Make outbound calls to prospects, leads, referrals, and existing customers
• Re-engage previous quotes and inactive prospects
• Identify potential insurance and financial services needs
• Generate referrals through customer conversations
• Schedule Appointments
• Set appointments for licensed sales professionals
• Confirm upcoming appointments
• Conduct warm transfers when appropriate
• Maintain a full pipeline of opportunities for the sales team
• Build Relationships
• Create positive first impressions
• Build rapport and trust with customers
• Ask discovery questions to uncover opportunities
• Represent our agency professionally and enthusiastically
• Maintain Records
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Update CRM systems daily
• Track opportunities and follow-up activities
• Maintain organized customer records

Daily Activity Expectations:

• Make 100150 outbound calls
• Have 1520 meaningful conversations
• Set 38 appointments
• Complete warm transfers
• Generate referrals
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
