Job Title – Human Resources ManagerJob Type - Full TimeLocation - Malvern - UK- 4 days on site Role Benefits - Competitive Salary + Benefits Package and moreWe’re BIG on small!About the role:As a Human Resources Manager, you will act as the key HR leader for a large manufacturing site, partnering with business leaders and employees to create a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace. You will provide strategic and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, helping to drive organisational success through people-focused initiatives and HR best practice.Working closely with regional HR colleagues, managers, and leadership teams, you will play a vital role in talent management, employee relations, performance development, culture, compliance, and people programmes that support business growth.What you'll be doing:Serve as the HR leadership partner for a 500+ employee manufacturing facility, providing expert guidance and coaching to leaders and teamsSupport managers with performance management, employee relations, career development, talent reviews, and people decisionsLead and support key HR processes including benefits administration, leave management, onboarding, talent calibration, and performance reviewsPartner with Talent Acquisition to deliver an outstanding candidate and onboarding experience, including Workday administration and new starter orientationDrive the implementation and continuous improvement of local people programmes, culture initiatives, and employee engagement activitiesEnsure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and risk management requirements while supporting broader business projects and change initiatives.About you:10+ years of HR experience with strong generalist knowledge across multiple HR disciplinesBachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, with CIPD Fellowship desirableProven experience partnering with leaders and providing trusted advice on performance, employee relations, and organisational challengesStrong understanding of HR best practices, employment compliance, talent management, and employee developmentExcellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR systems, with experience in benefits administration and payroll support being advantageous.What's in it for youJoin a global organisation that puts people at the heart of its strategy and successPlay a key role in shaping culture, employee experience, and organisational performancePartner with senior leaders to influence business outcomes through effective people strategiesContribute to talent, engagement, and transformation initiatives across a growing organisationEnjoy a competitive rewards package and opportunities for continued professional development#LI-CS2We provide market-leading, material characterization technologies for the world's most innovative companies, academic institutions, and government laboratories in the analytics of advanced materials.We support our customers through their biggest challenges, from developing lifesaving vaccines to sustainable fuels.
